Spring sprung a while ago

I took this photo almost exactly one month ago when we were having fantastic spring weather. This white cherry blossom tree is very old and my absolute favourite. I have no idea what it is called and I've never seen another one. If anyone recognises it, could you please let me know.

Since this photo was taken, we've had extremely changeable weather but almost always cold & windy. I'm looking forward to the warmer weather again.
